Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that any orders for expedited shipping need to be placed before 1 pm PST to be shipped out the same day.
Orders, placed after 1 pm, ship next business day.
Orders shipped from our Las Vegas, Nevada warehouse.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is available for orders over $49.
Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost (3 business days).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
While we take great pride in our ability to ship your orders quickly, we understand the importance of knowing when it will arrive. As you complete the order process, we attempt to give you an accurate estimate of when your order will be delivered. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation containing tracking number. With this number, you can find out the exact status of your shipment 24 hours a day.

As soon as your order arrived to your state/city and ready for delivery we will send you an email. After your order delivered to you, we will inform you via email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sale tax is applied for Nevada state only.
All fees after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you have trouble please contact us directly for assistance in getting a replacement. We take it really seriously if your set wasn't perfect. Send us a photo of damaged part or item, order’s number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Describe any faults in as much detail as possible so we can follow up with our Quality Team. You will receive a replacement part or item at no additional cost.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently DO ship outside the U.S.
Most orders take approximately 15 – 30 business days to arrive once the order has been successfully processed. Saturdays, Sundays and weekday holidays of shipping country should not be factored into the delivery times as they are not business days. Delivery may take longer during our busy holiday season.
