60 Days Return`s Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Wonder Gears you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receiving merchandise (not including shipping).

Simply let us know by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone 1-800-670-1228 if you have any problems with processing your return request. We will gladly provide you with return instructions right away.
After 14 days from the date of receiving merchandise, but within 60 days, your return will only be eligible for store credit, not a cash refund.
Any return must be in brand new condition. Incomplete or damaged products will not be eligible for any refund. Customers are responsible for return postage/shipping charges of returned product.
It may take 5-7 business days for your return to reach the Wonder Gears fulfillment center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Due to the nature of our business, any returns for a full refund will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
For our return process we will be providing you an RMA number. You will need to include this on the label when returning your package. Please send your package to:

No one refund will be proceed without RMA number and packages will be sent back to sender.

What Should I Do If The Product I Purchased Or Received Is Defective?
If you have trouble please contact us directly for assistance in getting a replacement. We take it really seriously if your set wasn't perfect. Send us a photo of damaged part or item, order’s number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Describe any faults in as much detail as possible so we can follow up with our Quality Team. You will receive a replacement part or item at no additional cost.
What Should I Do If Some Parts Are Missing?
We're sorry that something was missing from your set. Don't worry though, we can send the part you need directly to your home. Please send us a request with complete description of the part what you need to finish your set. We'll send you a confirmation email when your part is shipped.
